You’ll begin your Pilates experience at Pilates South Austin with a fun and challenging Initial Private Session which will allow you to work closely with a teacher who will both introduce you to the benefits and fundamentals of Pilates, and a create a personalized plan to help you get the results you want.
In a Private Pilates session, you experience a 55-minute workout tailored to your body’s level and desired focus on a Pilates mat and the Pilates Method equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and much more. Working with one of Pilates South Austin’s knowledgeable instructors who will expertly evaluate your goals and give you the individualized attention you deserve, a private session allows a unique whole body experience of discovery and awareness, while strengthening, toning and increasing flexibility. Private sessions take your fitness, technique, and overall wellbeing to the next level.
Pilates South Austin offers Semi-Private Pilates sessions that accommodates two to three clients working out simultaneously under the instruction of a Pilates teacher on the Pilates equipment. Semi-privates are a great way to lower the cost of Pilates sessions and motivate you and your partner to continue your movement practice.
